Amsterdam, March 17th 2009 – The CO.NL Operator is glad to announce the opening of the CO.NL Landrush phase that will run for 14 days, starting today at 2:00 pm GMT and ending on March 31st at exactly the same time.
All applications are handled on a best-placed, first-served method, hence making no difference regarding the registrars’ submission dates.
The .CO.NL Operator has experienced two successful Sunrise periods, showing a rapidly growing interest for this new International extension, which offers brands as well as the end user a stronger visibility and more flexibility within the Dutch market. Sander Scholten, CO.NL General Manager, explains, “Major brands were all registered during the first priority phases and many others are already active in the namespace, having taken advantage of our Premium Sunrise Policy. As for generics and keywords, they will become available for registration next Tuesday at 2:00 pm”. |

Amsterdam / Prague – November 14th: A few days before the launch of its Grandfather period, the CO.NL Operator is proud to announce that the Czech Arbitration Court (CAC) has agreed to commit the resources of its Online Dispute Resolution Platform to .CO.NL domain names.

The CO.NL Landrush period opens on the 17th until the 31st of March 2009 and applications are handled on a best-placed, first-served method.
Under this process, each Registrar has to submit to the CO.NL operator a list of domain names it wishes to apply for, in its own order of importance, from the most valued to the less. Amsterdam 10th November 2008 – The .CO.NL Operator announces today its official Launch dates for the Grandfather period, Trademark Sunrise, Landrush and Go Live.
