Sunrise policy & Landrush

The .co.nl domain extension has been launched in three phases. The Sunrise policy was the prevailing set of rules during the first two phases: The Grandfather period and the Registered Trademark period. More general information about the Sunrise. After the Sunrise phases and before co.nl went actually live there has been be a two week Landrush period.

NDA

Registrars that are interested in becoming an Accredited Registrar need to send CO.NL B.V. a signed Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). In return the registrar will receive access to the protected area of this website with additional registrar information like pricing, the API etc.

Domain name disputes/ ADR

CO.NL B.V. offers an alternative procedure for solving disputes about .co.nl domain names. It is called an ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Policy. It is an alternative to a normal court procedure. The ADR is facilitated by the Czech Arbitration Court, a third party with extensive experience in this field. More information at www.adr.eu.
