Sunrise policy & Landrush
The .co.nl domain extension will be launched in three phases. The Sunrise policy is the prevailing set of rules during the first two phases: The Grandfather period and the Registered Trademark period. More general information about the Sunrise. After the Sunrise phases and before co.nl goes actually live there will be a two week Landrush period.
NDA
Registrars who are interested in becoming an accredited CO.NL Registrar need to send the operator a signed Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). In return the registrar will receive access to the protected area of this website with additional registrar information like pricing, the API etc.
Domain name disputes/ ADR
The CO.NL Operator offers an alternative procedure for solving disputes about .co.nl domain names. It is called an ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Policy. It is an alternative to a normal court procedure. The ADR is facilitated by a third party with extensive experience in this field.
